Regeneration For Restro Staff Not Working

I've tried this for two days and it only heals me, not other players. Before we had the trails of light to see who we were healing. I thought maybe those had been taken away but several players have almost died because when I used regeneration, it did not heal them. It wasn't that I was in a large group, there were three of us. I get healed but no one else. I unloaded the skill and put it back but it's still bugged for me. I did submit an in game /bug report.

Found where others are reporting this issue as well. Seems that when they removed the ability to heal your clanfear, they must have removed heal other players...

Hey there @Seravi,

Currently there is an issue where the "beam" effect from Regeneration and its morphs is severely delayed. While the particle effect is delayed, the ability's core functionality is still working. We're aware of the issue with the particle effect and we are investigating a fix.

If you notice that the ability isn't hitting a target after further testing, please let us know. Also, please be sure to use the /bug feature in the game when it happens so we can get the back-end data on it as well. Thanks for your patience and for the report!

I tested this on several guild members and they did not receive any healing. I loaded this on a new alt and tested it just in case it may be some weird bug with my v14 and it didn't work on the alt either. My guild mates did not receive any healing using this skill. I tested in a group of three players out in the wild away from towns and dolmens to ensure no contamination from other healers. I have reported this in game as well.

Same here. I use the Mutagen Morph and it doesn't heal other Players.
