This have prob. been up before.. but cant be arsed to read through all the posts.
I am put off by this game.. my formost favorite playstyle is the thief! and thats the only Guild story that isnt there...
Why is it there keeps getting updates for high lvl characters? new areas, improvements bla bla bla... and still no Thieves Guild or Dark Brotherhood. Screw all the rest! Before launch you promiced to bring it in game.. and still we got nothing! lots of high lvl stuff.. but the fundamentals of an Elder Scrolls game.. one standard Guilds.. that you cant figure out how to add
Thats sad.
I cant be arsed playing the game when it feels like it isnt even done and every time you get a new patch I look for the update note telling me the guild is in and I can come back... and every time it infuriates me you think more about keeping your high lvl players happy with new stuff rather than finishing your game
Perhaps one day you will finish this game.. perhaps that day I will return.
Had to get these frustrations out. I think the overall game is great.. or would be great... if it was just finished before or right after launch

shadowz081✭✭✭Apparently 1.5 will implement the basic layout of justice system(UI, achievements, etc, 'background stuff' basically), while 1.6 will implement the justice system itself so you can steal stuff and kill people and 1.7 will be thieves guild and DB(From what I have heard).Edited by shadowz081 on October 20, 2014 10:27AM0 -

Also, OP: the justice system, while being an integral part of the single-player games, is something that has never been attempted on this scale in an MMO. If it works as they've explained it, it's going to be a pretty monumental achievement in game design. They may have stopped playing before their sub ran out. So if someone bought a 6 month sub and only played for 5 months, they have technically "quit" but can still post in the forum for the last month.Founder and Co-GM of The Psijic Order Guild (NA)

A game takes years to build. It seems people expect a new MMO to have everything that ones that have been out 5-7 years. Even in a single player game it takes time for the modders to catch up and flesh out the game.

- thieves guild
- justice system
There are additional features that many would like to see,- more character slots; current limit is 8.
- expanded mount options.
- proper pet and disguise management (that doesn't impact current storage).
This doesn't include filling in the rest of the map of Tamriel for play.2 -
Mountain_Dewed✭✭✭Seems like they wanted to work on grouping first for some reason. Thieves guild is going to be solo(I would think) and they don't seem to want us playing alone yet I guess. I have patience so I guess I'm ok with waiting but I truly am looking forward to it and hope they add some really cool thieving quests to go along with...1 -

I'm not sure where you are getting any of this.
1.5 has nothing to do with the Justice System. The PTS does have a bounty icon but that's because it snuck onto it. It will be removed in 1.5.1.
Nothing has been announced for 1.6 - most likely Imperial City though with a bunch of groundwork for the Champion System which has a higher priority than the Justice system right now.
You have the Champion System, Justice System and probably Spell Crafting BEFORE we ever see the Thieve's Guild or Dark Brotherhood quest/skill line. Those three items won't start trickling in until 1.7 the earliest and each will get it's own release - think 1.7, 1.8, 1.9 and they probably won't be released one after the other.
No Thieve's Guild any time soon.1 -

✭yea they are slow to everthing. They JUST made it so you can jump stationary with your horse.....among other things that has taken them more than 4 months to implement. Stupid little things. The horse could of been done in one patch. A weekly hotfix or something.
I am not a coder so honestly I dont know. But to me it would seem like it would be hella easy to do and NOT take 4-5 months to apply lol Replace the line of code with horse rearing up after pressing space bar while stationary to the line of code where you jump while moving if pressing space bar while stationary.
Oh well, no complaints aside from those that have been voiced already. Still gonna play
