Running through Cyrodiil today as lvl VR5 templar .. Ran into a vr2 and got whooped ! I have 2 special armor sets that give me bonuses and pretty well versed in the game.. Do Templars suck? 3 Vr levels higher and lost a battle.. Kind of discouraged .. Is this normal? Has anyone ever got their ass kicked like this?

theres alot of hard core pvp junkies in this game ...you probably ran into one and lost. ...if pvp is not your main focus in eso then you can expect more of the same.

Also, Vet Ranks don't mean quite as much if you're 5 and below, because with Battle Spirit you're pretty much regulated to being a VR5 in terms of stats and what not.

And Templars don't exactly suck in PvP, in fact we're quite awesome and popular/hated lol Almost as good as a DK for both DPS and Tanking. Sadly we suck in PvE though for anything other than healing despite the best efforts of many players, hopefully @ZoS Employees and Devs will realize that sooner rather than later and they end up looking like Blizzard did when they finally admitted that Ret Paladins did not work as intended for the entire duration of their game up to Wrath Of The Lich King.

In this case @ZoS I'd do this much sooner since you don't have the luxury of a strong player base that sticks around when one class is total crap in one half of the game.

Not like hundreds of people have crunched the numbers themselves for skill reworks, or anything.....

I have a vet13 dk and i would be killed by almost any level in pvp, just because i dont have a clue what to do.
I leveled a level 10 sorc this weekend and am running around in the non vet campaign with him, he allready clocked more pvp points then my main.

It was also fun to die in burning talons in 3 secs. Or to burn to death in oil.
Pvp takes more time to figure out, but i see myself doing more in the winter, maybe gank some people on my lvl 27 nightblade i haven't played for months...

Pvp is fun as long as you don't take it too seriously, very different to pve.
