Character selection screen

As a DC character i'm getting tired of always seeing Stros M'Kai in the background. I know. This is a minor thing. But still, could be nice having our last location in the background instead of always the same thing. What do you guys think?

    Since you have not loaded the save, then how would the game know where you have been in that save or where you left your character?

    In past games, the screenshot was taken as part of the save. This could cause the entire game to lock up or crash before character selection if the save became corrupted. Not sure if that would be an issue here or not as saves are done differently.
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    That was what I was speaking to.

    As for the character screen:

    They could give us a few screen shots to choose from that reflect the alliance we are in. Maybe one from each Zone as we progress, then we pick one once we get into Coldharbor.

    It used to be one location for all factions, then they added one for each faction.

    Personally I never linger on the starter screen long enough to care.

    I say just give us at least 3 different terrains we could use. Preferably at least one per racial province (i.e a desert for khajiit, lush forest for bosmer, pretty island for altmer etc.).

    If not that, then at least let us choose from one or even two other options, even if they are essentially in the same biome.
