Mage's Fury (and morhps) explosion reflection

I think we've mentioned enough times already that while the thunderbolt is not reflectable the explosion which procs on target's low health can be reflected back at you. This wasn't the case at at launch.
Can we get some response on whether this is intended and here to stay or whether this is a bug that will be fixed in the future?
