Most developers don't give ETAs for maintenance, because it just gives players another excuse to whine when they perceive maintenance as being one minute longer than necessary.
But pretty much all their regular maintenance periods or small patches are done within a couple of hours at the most. And since the patch is already downloading on the client, I'd imagine the servers will be up shortly.----
