Realisticly, the PvP campains cant handle 1/3 of the numbers they do atm.

3/2/2 all at one keep is more than enough to cause severe issues.

the amount it takes to get 2 bars, should be the amount it takes to lock the population...

fewer people allowed in a campaign, more people will use the other campaigns..

in addition, there are just too many campaigns, at most we only need 2-3 outside the non vet only one.

The servers just cant realistically handle what is being asked of them, neither can the internet connection to them.

im a firm believer that you should be able to see what you are fighting, and at least have your abilities visually fire off, as well as seeing enemy abilities

    this post makes complete sense. therefore, it will be flamed and trolled by a number of irreputable people in the next few days.

    the solution in this post would definitely help. I myself don't think its needed, but if ZOS wont do it another way, may as well do this.

    I will forgive not having 100vs100vs100 if I can play in the completive server without crashing every 5 freaking minutes

    Yeah...no. I agree with the premise of your post, but I have characters in all three factions. Opposing alliance characters lock you out of servers. We need MORE servers, not less. 3 VRs from all three alliances means minimum of three VR servers, never mind if you guested somewhere. Or at least give us the ability to unassign a character to a campaign. If they let us play all factions, they need to provide a means to PVP with all factions. FFS ZOS

    The way it originally was apart from the emp farming epidemic and the buffs issues, it was much better.
    Been here since Feb 2014 - You'd think I'd be half reasonable at this game by now...

    1/4 pop server with ~1/3 the map size and ~1/3 the number of keeps. Last keep to unlock gate to scroll (or scrolls) has slightly better defenses than other keeps.

    I don't know about 1/3 but they certainly can't handle current numbers. Apart from crashes I agree it's getting highly irritating to never see my blazing spear animation or only seeing the batswarm animation play after you took almost all of its ticks.

    agree but seriously, how much does a decent server cost nowadays? zos are simply saving money and give a sh** about pvp.

    This is partially caused by how forward camps work.

    The server can handle the current cap numbers just fine, as long as they are spread out over cyrodiil and not all in the same place. But with whole armies being able to port from kingscrest to black boot in the 20 seconds it takes them to suicide...

    I totally agree with you, also alliance 1-2-3 sould always have balanced popullation i dont think its ok to have sometimes one alliance with 2 times more player than the other, even if this 2x is my alliance.That could also offer something against night-campers,still a gaming policy but... 100 night campers vs 30? Doesnt seem cool enough for me.

    I would also like to add,that home and guest thing is.. Really that messes up everything. Because when people DONT have a nice time on their campain they go to anotherone resulting ultra non balanced poppulation and ultra crashings and laggings.Plus they come with proably home campain buffs.

    But i start to feel that whatever we say doesnt make any diff its a waste of our personal time ,the game gets worst day by day and more likely unplayable.

    What i did loved about this pvp? Personally i never get mad no matter how many times ill loose. Now these crashes have succeded to make me mad today.This is not fair for all alliances,crashing in the middle of the fight,scrolls fly back solo from were they came from and the worst thing is 2 months now i play pvp in this game nothing gets better but only worse!!!

    And we pay for this.

    LAAAAAGGGGGGGGG.... Ability lag that will allow you to go make a cup of coffee and comeback and it will go off 5 secs later..... Ability lag that leaves you in run animation long enough to complete a New York Marathon.... that is the name of PVP in this game unless you are ganking in open field :)

    servers were handling higher populations in "olden times" because said population was SPREAD OUT. Now forward camps are no longer broken, meaning that 90% of all players within cyrodill are fighting at the same keep-wall...
