Champion and Outlaw gameplay release date?
When is the champion and outlaw gameplay to be released? Any word yet? Also, what will the champion changes, besides more play time, enable characters to do...improve on existing skills only of new skill trees altogether?

Inversus✭✭✭✭✭I think the morality system or w/e you want to call it is one of the 'sooner' updates that will be coming, although no date to my knowledge
Champion system is coming in slowly over a number of phases, the next stage is converting veteran points into normal xp points. We don't know when champion points themselves will be introduced, but it's a while to go yet
Champion points bring with them a system which looks a little like the skill trees in skyrim - the idea is that you invest your champion points into skills in the different constellations for things like extra fire dmg or spell resistance.VR14 EH Sorc
