Are we going to get extra champion points from our previous PVP experience when the system arrives ?

I am unsure this question has been answered yet so please forgive me if yes.
I'd like to know if champion points will be granted to us according to our previous PVP experience ? or when the system arrives, is everyone going to have the same amount of champion points ?
What do you guys think of this idea ?

Circuitous✭✭✭✭✭It's based on experience earned beyond 50 across all characters. If you earned a bunch of XP from PvP, one presumes you'd get champion points to match.Ｔｈａｎｋ Ｓｔｅｎｄａｒｒ ｉｔ’ｓ Ｆｒｅｄａｓ．
