Everyone who either spams one ability (like ZoS made it so they only had 1 ability slot) or people who copy and paste builds and pretend that they are a good PvPer.

You can't swap skils or gear in combat.

The default UI shows the same buff/debuff info, addons just present them differently.

ZOS explicitly permits the addons you reference. Also, they are contemplating exposing more of the API. Go complain to them.

And yes, Addons too. With one Button to swap the whole Equip out of Combat or showing Debuffs and Buffs, so that you know if you have to use the right Skill at the right Time, it is an Advantage. We dont need to discuss this .
