Patch 1.4.5 Nightshade Set

The veteran rank 6-10 medium armor set "Nightshade" was changed in the patch. I'm not sure if my game didn't update properly, it is a bug, it wasn't listed in the patch notes, or is a tooltip error. Yesterday before the patch it was giving 2.3 detection meter decrease and now after I downloaded the patch it is down to a solid 2. Not a big deal but figured I'd try to find an answer.
