Issues in Cyrodiil Lately

I've been having some issues lately in Cyrodiil and wanted to post them here in hopes of possible solutions. I've heard other players commenting about having the same problems with the first 3 issues:
VERY low FPS during battles. This has been the most frustrating. My machine is pretty good, but during fights the FPS drops to single digits. You can't pvp with a frame rate like that.
Freezing/crashing. Again, mostly during larger-scale battles the game will freeze; sometimes requiring me to manually close the game.
Infinite load screens. I've mostly seen this when using a transitus shrine in Cyrodiil. It seems to have been occurring less frequently lately.

The next issues may be more about players being "creative" with ability mechanics, or flat-out bugs. I don't know:
One I've seen happen a lot is where my ability bar becomes unresponsive like when the character is stunned or dazed, but it stays that way. I am usually able to move and I have enough resources to where I should be able to do something, but I can't cast an ability, break-free, or dodge. It's not for a few seconds, more like 15 and then I'm dead. I've seen it when fighting one-on-one with a templar and I've seen it in group battles, surrounded by enemies.
A few things that I believe are known issues, but I will post them anyway to throw my hat into the ring:

Obviously sneak attacks, but still... and I have 320 Impen. Both of these deaths also seemed to happen instantly, by the way.
Players seemingly taking no damage. Seen other posts on this. Possible "creative" use of gear traits, pots, etc. Players like myself that don't want to cheat are having to deal with the cheaters/exploiters have been getting tired of it for a long time. For too long. Throw us a bone?

VERY low FPS during battles. This has been the most frustrating. My machine is pretty good, but during fights the FPS drops to single digits. You can't pvp with a frame rate like that.
Freezing/crashing. Again, mostly during larger-scale battles the game will freeze; sometimes requiring me to manually close the game.
Infinite load screens. I've mostly seen this when using a transitus shrine in Cyrodiil. It seems to have been occurring less frequently lately.

The next issues may be more about players being "creative" with ability mechanics, or flat-out bugs. I don't know:
One I've seen happen a lot is where my ability bar becomes unresponsive like when the character is stunned or dazed, but it stays that way. I am usually able to move and I have enough resources to where I should be able to do something, but I can't cast an ability, break-free, or dodge. It's not for a few seconds, more like 15 and then I'm dead. I've seen it when fighting one-on-one with a templar and I've seen it in group battles, surrounded by enemies.
A few things that I believe are known issues, but I will post them anyway to throw my hat into the ring:
Lethal Arrow I don't think I really need to go into this. It's a bit out of hand.

Players seemingly taking no damage. Seen other posts on this. Possible "creative" use of gear traits, pots, etc. Players like myself that don't want to cheat are having to deal with the cheaters/exploiters have been getting tired of it for a long time. For too long. Throw us a bone?

seanolan✭✭✭✭I don't want to hear about Lethal Arrow, which has a long charge time and gives a sound when it shoots at you, when I have been seeing 2k+ Crystal Shards hitting me, even with soft capped spell resist. Ok, CS can have a long charge time, but you get no non-visual warning whatsoever. If that is allowable, I truly don't see any overpowered-ness of Lethal Arrow1 -

We'll be happy to help address these concerns for you:
VERY low FPS during battles: Looking through the DXDiag, we see a few things that will cause a dip in the FPS during larger scale battles. First, while the Radeon HD 6800 series is certainly reliable, it's an older and less powerful card than the new R7s or R9s. We also noticed that the drivers are a bit out of date, and a driver update may help with the performance issues that you're running into. Here's a link to the most recent driver for your card:

Freezing/crashing: While the card is a bit older, freezing is something that we'd like to avoid. To start, give a shot to lowering the particle systems sliders that were added in patch 1.4, as that can help with both the frame rate issues mentioned above as well as the freezing and crashing. To do this, press Escape and select Settings. In Video, there are two sliders, one for Maximum Particle Systems and one for Particle Suppression Distance. Try toning each of those down to see if it helps. If not, try lowering the overall visual settings to Medium and see if your performance increases.
Infinite load screens. This issue will be solved with the steps above.
