Enchanting runes availability!!!

Could you please address this issue...PLEASE!

I cant even find/get enough runes to enchant simple green for my own characters never mind practice! Rune prices are outrageous (not to mention porting all over the continent to try and find these guild vendors who are pricing runes at 500+/rune!

out of frustration and poverty I tried scaling the countryside for runes. Spending hours and even risking the higher level zones I still done have enough to make one piece!! (since I need either Jejora or Tade. I dont think I have ever harvested Jejota & Denata, always had to purchase at outrageous prices for level 10-20.

Enchanting and runes is a clear, obvious, and seriously scarce resource. (where water hyacinth is freakin' everywhere!). This makes for not only severe frustration, but giving that I am paying to play a game, I would really like to enjoy and play it but as I am spending hours just running around to harvest the runes I cant even use, I am way past the point of frustration.

P.S. Trolls: Dont even think about countering, obviously it would benefit all increasing frequency...unless of course your a gold farmer.

Runestones in the starting zones can be a bit scarce. And in the first 20 or so levels monsters rarely ever drop glyphs either so it can take a while until you can get some good enchanting inspiration (exp). But it kind of has always been like that. Some zones are a bit better for runestones. Some, like Craglorn, are a lot better.
Maybe it would help you to use an addon that remembers all locations where you've found a runestone before and marks them on the map. So you can go back later and check if that runestone resource node is up again. And you say you find lots of Water Hyacinths. Why not join a trading guild and sell those for gold? I believe, on the EU server they sell for up to 50 gold each right now. You can buy Jejota runestones then from a guild store or directly from other players with the gold you've made.

Hi, you should harvest the aspect rune, the one with a red light in the center of the rune.
Those are the one that give you the ta, jejota, denata, rekuta and kuta runes (round).

Blue rune (potency, square)) will gve you the level specific rune and the yellow one will give you the essence rune (green triangular).

I don't have problem finding them, just go harvesting and you will get across them pretty often.

And remember to put skill point into your hireling, those kashjiit can be really generous at times

So, what the problem? Enchanting leveling is too slow? Or you can't find resources? Maybe because of that this is the most hard crafting skill line?

What enchant are you trying to make?

Most of the time I just visit the NPC merchant (mystic or enchanter?) who sells white glyphs and use those for armor. Works well enough. You don't need anything significant at that level, and I don't think they actually increase by much at all when using better qualities, if at all at that level.

@AshySamurai‌ enchanting levelling has been really nerfed, now its the same as alchemy or any other craft.

Just remember the best way to level any craft is to deconstruct item/glyph made by other players or alt.
In enchanting you should give priority to unlock what each rune does, like trait in alchemy, the just deconstruct glyph until you unlock other runes.

if you buy glyphs to decon for the xp, you can also make a couple from the runes you get out of em and sell those again, since now every of the 3 runes has a chance to drop (you could get all 3 runes from a glyph decon) still you wont break even, but its better as before.
and for the round runes, I only used Ta's (since I had then in abunance) I used my green up since I wont need em for anything, also alot of blues, but mostly used Ta's for lvlng, the Square ones you can usually get at a reasonable price at guild stores, except the last tier (9) are a bit more expensive, but even those sell for around 1k/piece

still lvl'n from 26ish to 40 since last patch cost me about 50k I guess after adding sold glyphs again

Hmm... Ok. I knew all that you said. Nothing new for me. And I still don't get what's the problem?

It's possible it's also partly the time of day you are scavaging for resources. If you are hunting at player heavy times that means you are competing with others for the same resources. Try playing at a different time when there are fewer players on and see if that helps some.

But yes, rune stones and leather item drops are far too few. ZOS needs to bump it up a bit.

There isn't a real problem here, aspect drop and are pretty common if you look around a bit, and kuta are as rare as other legendary upgrade materials.

And for lower level, until you get vr, you can even continue with dropped gear or by buying vendor glyph.

Levelling enchanting is really easy, and there are addon that even help you at the crafting station or by adding information to the item tooltip

If you haven't already done it put at least a point into the enchanting skill that highlights the nodes. Enchanting nodes are often hidden and can be hard to see if you haven't trained your eyes to look for them.

Find a circuit for farming chests. The lockpick chests will drop glyphs that can be deconstructed to get the runes.

I figured that by buying a Regular (white) Enchantment glyph from an NPC, it is the same quality as creating a glyph by using a Purple quality rune. I might as well buy them.
