Alliance War skill and siege alterations. +

Certain alliance war skills are aiding in zergball tacticts and making siege ineffective. A few other minor adjustments

Main offender is Purge. It may cost a lot before specific morph, but the ability to remove 2 debuffs and then halve debuff duration on newly applied debuffs for 6 seconds makes all siege irrelevant with its use because of the amount of allies it affects. I Suggest it be limited to 4 nearby allies with a base cost reduction.

On top of this purge change, meatball catapults should have their healing debuff reduced and duration of healing debuff decreased possibly to match the dot duration.

Siege shield is currently fine, and is actually not used often because purge alone is enough to prevent the damage from anti-personnel siege to enemy players.

Barrier too affects too many allies, and it overpowers the normal skill aoe cap of 6 targets (the set aoe target cap). Suggest it change to 6 targets with an ultimate cost reduction of 75 (down to 175) or become something else.

Warhorn Ultimate changed to effect 6 nearby allies (set aoe target cap) with cost reduce by 75 down to 175.

Rapid Maneuvers can just be changed to something else. Only one of its morphs is even used because of the snare/immobility removal it adds on top of being 10% faster. Scroll runs and movements to assaults and defends can be done without it.

Continuous attack hasn't been working since 1.3 (bug) but is fine as is.

Combat Frenzy causes too much ultimate to be gained from player kills in cyrodil thus leading to much heavier ultimate spam. This is tied to the ease of killing people with zergball tactics and problem spam skills such as impulse.

Reach is plain unfair to any melee oriented player, and its effects should be changed. The current range of ranged skills that meet reaches criteria is good enough. The range of ranged skills is also already increased by Cyrodil's battle spirit buff.

Magicka aid should be changed unless a stamina equivalent trait is added to assault. Or, make it also give increased stamina regen for each assault skill slotted.

Combat medic is fine as is.

Oil pot is already set to receive the best future fix of 6m arming range. Though this will make zerg ball tactics harder to stop without other changes.
