There is one thing that irks me slightly more than all the non-fixes and imbalances of PvP in this game, and that very thing is something that could help save (what's left of) this game's PvP population.
Communication.
ZOS, please understand that your PvP player base is weary and becoming highly cynical toward anything you do to Cyrodiil. I saw a thread yesterday that had some decent news in it, describing how you were looking at various issues in PvP. That communication is great, but you do it so little that there were people in the thread turning it around into a roast. I don't particularly blame them at this point.
I strongly urge you to make a habit of telling your PvP player base exactly what you have recognized as issues, exactly what you are working on and changing, and exactly what you plan to work on. We don't need minute details or hard deadlines. We just want to know that you care and are actually doing things. Giving us a statement that you're looking into something after months of us saying there's an issue is not exactly good communication standards. A simple revamp of your interaction with us could help save the game's PvP. Your current standard of reactionary communication is not sufficient, and quite plainly, bad business practice. Your communication to us should be regular- making a new post on the forums every other week would be a good start, and I don't mean an edit to the "Alliance War future plans and update!" thread. Please consider doing this- for your sake as well as ours.
Sincerely,
Someone who wants this game to survive.
