Well that's true for any game, sooner or later you run out of game.
Some expand it with layers of gear for the top level, but that's just grinding over and over again.People believe what they either want to be true or what they are afraid is true!

✭✭For the OP I would guess the best dropped gear would be from Trials and group dungeons in Craglorn.
And I believe there are quests for Nirnhoned gear there too, In case you want to learn the ninth trait for crafted gear.People believe what they either want to be true or what they are afraid is true!
