General question on running non-veteran dungeons at veteran levels

I am currently running through Ebonheart Pact as a Veteran (currently lvl 4). I've noticed that using the grouping tool, I can join with other veterans for BC, SC or FG dungeons at a veteran level, which continues the story etc for those dungeons. I've run through these.

My question is,for a dungeon such as "Arx Cornium" in Shadowfen for example, I just ran through it solo at NORMAL level. Now I didn't get any loot, but I did get my achievements and skill point when I finished it.

Now, as this particular dungeon is not listed in the grouping tool for Veteran groups...

Q1: Is there a benefit to running through dungeons like Arx Cornium at Veteran level as opposed to normal?
Q2: Is there a new story at veteran level?
Q3: If not, is the difficulty harder and do you get another skill point for completing it at a Veteran level anyway?

Mostly I'm after achievements and skill points for my veteran character...

Q1: No there isn't unless you weren't able to complete it at the appropriate level.
You will only get the skill point, achievement and quest loot; without getting any exp from kills and loot from bosses.
You can even destroy the experience for non veteran, if you deal too much damage they could get no loot.

Q2: Yes, but veteran dungeon for now are limited to:
Banished Cell, Spindleclutch, Fungal Grotto for vr 1-5.
Wayrest Sewers, Darkshade Cavern, Elden Hollow for vr 6-10.
Cript of heart for vr 10+ wit good gear or vr12.

P.s.: this list is not considering the hardmode or speed run, just normal run.

This are ordered by difficulty.
VR dungeon are added in some update and are not present for all dungeon that are not written above.

Q3: Think i've answered this also above.

Vr dungeon are a good way to get gear, if you level vr rank and don't grind them as some player do, and to get those achievement and unlocking the undaunted skill line.

lol, Sounds like the OP did not know he could do the other faction's instanced dungeons until he hit VR levels. I'll admit that it happened to me when I cruised through with my first toon as I hardly ever paid attention to chat and once I made it to the group dungeon in my faction I would sit outside and find a group not even knowing about the group finder. It took me a while to figure it all out, but the poster above explained it pretty well, so not much more to add.

LIGHT BULB! @Kcttocs you are so correct. I noticed at one point the dungeons in other factions showed up on the world map. I assumed I would get to them when the storyline took me there. I get it now, you can do any of them at your character's level using the grouping tool.

Now my main character didn't do them initially and I'm laughing as I've been able to breeze through lower level group dungeons solo. Of course I get no loot or XP, which is actually fine as I do get my achievements and skill points.

Final question. If I do these non-veteran dungeons in normal mode as a Veteran (because I didn't don them earlier) Does it still count for Undaunted quest line? I'm thinking so, as I thought I got a pop once that my skill had gone up, but don't recall.

Yes, the undaunted skill line advances like the mages and fighter (in a special way)
Mage you need lorebook, undaunted you'll need to complete achievement from the dungeon tab, not sure if all count for this but most do.

Usually the Veteran Dungeon story is a follow-up of the normal dungeon story, so it's nice to have done them both, but not necessary.

Of course, the achievements and skill points are always nice.
