Bugged Skilled Points: Where is the fix for the early adopters?

I am an early adopter. I played the game since before the launch thanks to the advance access.
I have several Public Dungeon Group challenges for which the skill point is bugged. I got the achievement, but never got the skill point.
I have written to support repeatedly, and I always get the same response: We are looking into it. However, five months in, we are still in the exact same boat. I am STILL missing my skill points.
Is this a serious issue for ZOS, or are we early adopters going to suffer for our early support? In the worst case scenario you should instruct support to restore the missing skills points or at a minimum, give me the option to reset the quest. I would gladly reset all my public dungeons, if that meant I could finally get my skill points.

✭This actually makes me wonder how many I'm missing because there were quite a few dungeon bosses that didn't award a skill point for me over the first few months of the game.☠ Is it better to out-monster the monster or to be quietly devoured? ☠
