Hidden move spd, werewolf, and stamina builds

set44ub17_ESO1
Is it me or are all hidden movement spd increases broke? Night silence set, concealed weapon, and rapid maneuvers while hidden.

Werewolf ideas
-(ultimate morph)- leaps to target while changing
- (Passive) silver claw) extra damage to undead and deedra
- (Ability)throat bite -massive bleed
-(passive) heavy attacks spin area attack

The stamina fix - replenishing on light and heavy attacks won't help after running
- make it for each stamina ability slotted 25 - 33% cost reduction to sprinting passives (while any melee weapon equipped)
- Slightly smaller percent to dodge, brake, and block

What do you guys think?

The Silver Claw passive has a slight problem to it, Werewolves are the creatures of Hircine, and he has no problem with the Undead (except maybe Vampires). He's much more interested in forcing his Weres (including Werebears, wereseals, and apparently werebats) into hunting living creatures.

Now fighting Daedra would work, since you could argue a mortal hunting immortals is something Hircine would find highly amusing.

So I personally lose the undead part, unless you can add some Elder Scrolls reason why Hircine would care about his berasts hunting skeletons and slow moving zombies (fast zombies I could understand, but Nirn seems to lack these).

It could be that they are using the claws for daedra, but since vamps don't like silver it's just an added bonus. Lol
