Anyone else getting lower fps lately?

Since the patch my fps has dropped quite a bit in all zones. Out in the world I always got 80-100 with everything maxed. Now I'm in the 40-50 range in the same areas. I haven't changed anything on my PC, all drivers are up to date, and my connection is steady around 100 down 60-75 up. Tried the repair launcher option. My PC is as follows:

i7-4770k 3.9GHz
Msi Z87-GD65
GTX 770 2gb
512gb Samsung Pro SSD
32g RAM G-Skill 1887
Windows 7 U 64bit

I kept the new particles feature on lowest settings also. No other game is showing a decrease in performance. Any suggestions/advice?

When I started playing the game, I was sitting around 70 FPS. I don't have a very impressive rig, and that was on high graphic settings. But since the lighting changes, I can't get much over 50 FPS anymore, high density/combat areas I'm in the teens. And now, I'm around 20 FPS for any world activity.

I'm come to the fact I'll need to get a new rig to play this game.

Don't feel bad ponzzz. I was getting up to 100 in instance dungeons, 80 in world and 50-60 in towns. Noe I randomly drop as low as 12 and can't get higher than 45.

I went from 16 to 20 fps up to 28 to 35 fps

I have a good computer and I found I can have all settings maxed and get 100fps at 1080px, but soon as I touch the distance slider the fps will drop.

I am now keeping my distance slider at like 20, which gives minimal drops in town areas (usually sits around 50fps to 80fps in towns, and 100fps in dungeons and open areas).

TL;DR: max all settings except for distance slider.

Im having problems as well. Would normally sit at 65-70 in world and 80-90 in instances on ultra and now at 15-20 fps sometimes even dips to 10 in cyrodiil or big cities
