Can someon clarify Night Silence armor bonus please...!

Not a Vamp...wearing 5 set of Night Silence armor set. When I am in sneak mode I see no difference versus not wearing the armor. Is this armor set broken? I know there have been some nerfs to NB and vamps but from what I have read they do not apply to my set up. Is the Night Silence armor bonus trait working or does the armor set suck that bad now?

    It's broken and is being fixed next week in patch 1.4.4 I believe.

    It is currently broken.

    When it gets fixed, it will be slightly faster than it was previously; it was changed to give the same bonus as the vampire Dark Stalker passive.

    Old bonus (non-vampire): Sneak speed was increased to 96% of regular running speed.
    New bonus (non-vampire): Sneak speed will be increased to 100% of regular running speed.
