Add Weapon crit/damage Spell crit/damage to Skill Tooltips

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm still confused about which skills use which damage type. Maybe a simple addition to each skills tooltip to say "uses spell damage and weapon crit" as an example would save a lot of confusion.
