BUG 1.4 - Sound / voice over

All voice over sounds is gone in 1.4. This includes my own characters voice for abilities and emotes.
Add PvP loot drops for some risk/reward in this game.

    All combat/weapon sound FX disappeared at one point, relogging fixed it, haven't had problem since.

    For me its client side it seems. I had it every time I logged in after the patch.
