getting forced into 3rd person while sprinting

every time i hit shift to sprint i zoom out to 3rd person. i can only fix it after i quit the game and relog. seems to only happen with a resto staff equiped in hand and in fullscreen(windowed).

✭This occurred for me when I was trying to test the bobble effect first person supposedly has when running.

I've had the same thing, with a Restoration Staff equipped (though I wondered if it was just a staff thing and might do it with a Destruction Staff as well) but not with One Handed and Shield equipped. I didn't have to log out and back in to get back to first person, though, the camera goes third person as I sprint but back to first person when I'm not sprinting.
It also pops out briefly if I draw the Staff while moving, but when it is fully drawn is back to first person. This latter I recall happening in 1.3 initially as well, I think it was that when I'd weapon swap it would jump briefly to third and then back again.
I don't think it has to do with minimizing the game, @thomas4815, I play in windowed full screen, myself. Seems like a Staff thing, perhaps to do in one way or the other with the new animation for running when you have the staff out and at the ready. Come to think of it, I think it was only happening when the staff was out and in my hands and not while it was on my back.He will bring life to the dead, hope to the living, and for him the Gate will open.
