According to the notes for 1.4, shadow cloak and its morphs are no longer broken by DOT ticks! Let's hope it is actually fixed.

Lol it's worse than before and all the stealth radius passives are borked. The icing on this is ns set doesn't work at all either not even for non vamps.

Nightblade stealth is now more broken than ever, it simply just breaks now. 10 tries while trying to PVP with it and it broke 10 times right away.

Ya, NB is borked right now with stealth, cloak and the Night Silence gear all being FUBAR.

ZoS has said they are aware of it, but won't be getting around to fixing it until 1.44 to be released next week.

I recommend putting your NB on ice for the time being. It's just going to make you want to quit if you keep trying to play it with a stealth build.
