Good evening! Today my account was banned, as I think, was in the wave of mass bans. But I did not use any game bugs, external programs and anything like that. I ask to understand the situation and help me regain access to my game account.

    Maybe to know about it you have to be in discussion with all the other people who all "coincidentally" got banned.

    Hello @ALTEE12 ,

    You can appeal a ban on your The Elder Scrolls Online account by taking the following steps:
    • Open the Support page on the official ESO website and click on Email or contact Customer Support here.
    • Once the support e-mail opens, choose Account / Billing under "What kind of problem are you experiencing?"
    • Choose "I Would Like to appeal a suspension/ban." from the Select a Subcategory dropdown menu.
    • Describe the problem in the space provided.
    • Click Submit Question to send the appeal to Customer Support.

    Its probably the guy from yesterday who managed to get from account creation to banned in under two hours for racism, threats, and general asshattery. If you noticed this guys account is under two hours old as of the writing of this, so he went out and bought a new game or code to be able to log in again is my guess.

    I have no words! I bought the game,come have created an account,downloaded,installed and I'm banned! I played it on the beta test and now decided to buy it! And I just banned I even character not created!

    @ALTEE12 We will investigate this issue, however, contacting our Customer Support directly is definitely the correct step to take in this case.

    Easily, if you break the TOS that you agree to, then they can easily ban you.

    They can ban you with cause at any time reguardless of if your paid up and in good standing. You pay for access to the game/server under set rules of service. Break the rules, suspended from the game...simple really.
