Could this be a new type of spell?

I usually see a Pyromancer and Cryomancer, but this time I found a Cryomancer vs someone called a 'hedge wizard'. The spells he was using was pretty badass and would love to be able to use them myself.

Please let this be in a future class or in spellcrafting? It seems like a Conjuration/destruction mix.

I wont expect it for a new class, as Kai Schober allready said, that new classes shouldn't be expected.
It might be available with spell weaving, but I'm not sure what school it would be ... It wouldn't count into destruction but I also wouldn't know, where it could fit.

The bar on very top that shows all the info? its Wykkyd's frame work (found here esoui.com/downloads/info8-WykkydsFramework.html

its the enhanced hud

No it's pretty cool and highly customize-able. You can add and remove all shown items and in most cases edit the way info is shown.

I always wondered about that addon. Seen it, but never used it. Does it include stuff like FTC?

the Health, magicka, and stamina bar bunched up is it. I don't like FTC because it never showed my buffs.
