How do pre-veteran AvA players get grand soul gems after coming update?
In the pre-vet campaign a main source for Grand soul gems is from Rewards for the Worthy bags. I understand with the coming update these will become just gold rewards (thank you ZOS) but it will leave pre-vet AvA players with a handicap to get filled Grand Soul gems.
As far as I can tell the skill line is not filling soul gems for player kills in pre-vet AvA . I have the soul lock passive and after 100 player kills I have yet to fill an empty grand soul gem. I don't spend enough time PvE in Cyrodiil to see if it working on NPCs.
A level 25 cannot fill a grand soul gem in regular world PvE.
Does the player scaling for Cyrodiil interact correctly with Soul Magic?

Greatfellow✭✭✭My passive fills soul gems, just not very often. I have the second passive that fills two soul gems (I think that's the deal). I added both passives a few hundred kills ago, and have probably filled 30-40 stones because of them. I think it's operating at just about the right percentage, maybe a little low. But it is definitely working, because I never cast the Soul Capture spell (or whatever the active ability is called) anymore. It's convenient to not have to occasionally load that ability any more.1
