Suggestion that would greatly improve stamina-based builds

A good idea to improve Stamina-based builds would be to add another stat that determines rolling, blocking, sneaking, sprinting and what have you. Adding this stat (Let's call it Endurance) would make it so Stamina builds are now on par with magicka builds because it is now only used on abilities, just like magicka.

To make it so primary attributes are unchanged, Endurance could be so potions/food/champion points etc. could be used to boost a starting, default level of Endurance which is the same for all levels until boosted by enchants, food, potions or possibly champion points. So then, attribute points are not used on endurance and people's three main stats are unaffected.

The main reason why Stamina-based builds are far worse when compared to magicka is because magicka is only used on one thing: abilities. Stamina is used on a lot of other things, like sprinting, dodging, blocking, bashing, sneaking etc... and thus it is used up VERY quickly, especially in PvP which requires a lot of those things.
