Questions for the developers regarding overall Balance

Is the PVE-side of ESO largely considered balanced in its current iteration, or is it viewed as a work in progress? Can we have any insight as to what you view needs changed or what is or isn't currently working? Any insight into changes being worked on would be greatly appreciated.

How do you view the current methods being utilized to clear the existing Trials in 11 minutes and the class mix utilized to do so?

What is the perception of the pure-heavy armor tanking role in ESO now and moving forward? Is it considered working as it stands now in not only PVE but also PVP?

Tanks in this game are almost completely un-needed. I myself cant even take trial leaderboards seriously, due to all the exploits a lot of those people used to do the trials.

HA tanks need a serious... heck idk the word... ill just call it a "buff"

Right now you don't need a tank if you got a good healer and DPS. Bosses do absolutely crap(as in low) damage. Very few of them have any powerful near insta or insta killing attacks, that could wipe out the healer/or DPS; that the tank needs to soak up. The only attacks of this kind I have seen, are AOE attacks. That is something that is easily dodged, so that does not help matters at all.

Bosses need to do more damage, and the game needs to stop being all about magical damage.

Many of the powerful bosses I have faced, did spell damage, not physical damage. From the amount of trials I have done, all the bosses did, was spell damage. a HA tank, is not going to have a high spell resistance, unless they specifically built their tank build, to resist spells. ZOS can add in some physical damage bosses, that take you out quickly. It can be done.

I like the comment from another player's post "make the weak weaker , make the strong stronger" ZOS Policy. for me that sums up PVP. So many VR12s that kill my toon with dmg pts for in excess of what my DK can do at VR1, very low 2hand dmg, survivabilty, don't think so when you get spammed with batswarm, veiled strikes that do near 2k dmg, lethal arrow for over 1k. I am trying hard to learn to play my toon but gets hard when most of my time in PVP is running back from re-spawn areas. Balance in this game is lacking, my lvl 50 2hand sword does 126 pts dmg yet my 1hand sword does 108 pts dmg, geez, shouldn't a 2hand weapon do far more than a 1hand weapon? most players in PVP use staff weapons, I have to because if I try to melee fight I am dead in 2 seconds. Ya , I suck at PVP but trying to learn. this game needs practice areas, battle arena to fight other players, your freinds, guild mates, to help learn what works. also those straw dummies around fighter's guild buildings, would be great to use them and get report like death recap to see what kind of dmg your toon can do. PVE does not prepare noobs for PVP, bosses and mobs of npc baddies could be harder or at least some of them, most stand there for up to 2 seconds before reacting, players in PVP don't stand there waiting to be hit. I t also doesn't help that players who are great at PVP get rewarded for being good at it, I understand why they deserve rewards, it just makes it real hard for up and coming noobs like me to learn how to play. No criticism to great PVP players however they hit real hard with skills I never heard of, new morphs etc.Have no solution other than practice arenas or the straw dummy telling me how much dmg I can do so as to know what to use in PVP. lastly vampires are over powered, go ahead and flame me back, I speak from experience in PVP.
Nothing my DK can do causes 1k or more of dmg, nothing.
