i havent played ESO since launch and am thinking of starting it up again, i got upto V2 what should i consider on my re-entrance into the ESO world

Don't chase achievements, unless they are stuff you actually enjoy.
Get a look for your charcter, for example I put my Khajiit Templar in Imperial heavy armour, because it looks right to me, I also dye it in bright clean colours (because he uses light spells).People believe what they either want to be true or what they are afraid is true!
