    NO! I want my PvE candy indefinitely!
    I have no interest in class balancing, I have a character for each class and they are neither in competition with each other nor in competition with anyone else. I don't expect them all to have the same degree of damage-dealing and survivability and it would be highly boring if they did.

    If any form of class/skill balancing needs to be done for PvP then let it stay with PvP, and let it be done as soon as developer resources are available without compromising other issues.

    Blizzard does it and look where their game is at now after 10 years. Oh well, I guess they must be dumb as bricks, and not know what they are doing to have such an successful game running for so long.

    That's fine. As I said, if PvP needs balancing (I wouldn't know as I have no interest in PvP) then let's have that done as soon as practical and keep it to PvP. What irks me as a non-PvPer is the way that complaints from PvPers always end up screwing up skills for PvE.

    I interpret this poll to mean when do I think they should complete their careful balancing work and release it to the Live server.

    I do not interpret it to mean that they should drop everything and do nothing else.

    I think that the careful steps that they are taking to balance the game are prudent, but a side effect of how they are rolling out these changes is generally stressful to many. I know they wanted to avoid making a lot of changes at one time, and I know they wanted to avoid a pendulum effect.

    My opinion is that they should step up the pace and get it rolled out in Update 5.

    why should i want to have graphic artists work on balance?
    i see your intention but i would guess around 90% of ZOS employees working on eso are not involved in balance issues as its not their metier...
    and those who are are working on it as its is their working goal ar working on it all the time.
    beside that a lot of balance issues are still primarily bug fixes and are aswell a complete different story.

    They need to fix the Stamina/Magika imbalance first, which affects all classes before they tackle inter-class balance.

    This but they could be quicker and I honestly think class specific balance is far from the sole culprit. Not even the top one.

    Meh, class imbalances aren't that bad. There aren't many broken skills. I can recall just one atm lol
    The imbalance is more clear in a certain type of armor and certain weapons (including shield and 1h).

    But before balancing, they should fix the bugs that are still in the game.

    I will never want them to only focus on class balance , EVER.

    Sure , they should keep doing it a bit at a time , but we already have to wait long enough for them to add stuff currently , heh , not giving them any excuses for being slow.

    They shouldn't waste *any* time trying to balance this game for PvP. No matter what they do PvP won't be good unless they get rid of most of the RPG aspects.

    That said, If they went and made a ES based battlefield game, that's actually player skill based instead of being an RPG, that'd rock. But that'd have to be a separate game, with significantly different gameplay.

    I disagree with the premise of this poll as balance isn't a slap things into effect and you've magically fixed everything its an on going thing where you have to adjust some variables/abilities and then see how that effects the issue your trying to fix.

    Not to mention I doubt most of the content designers are the people we handle balancing.

    So short answer, keep balancing as you go.

    I like the game as is and do not feel the need for any changes being made to the classes other than maybe adding new abilities at some point for each one of those classes.

    Trying out different builds , different ability combinations , different ability combos + different gear set bonuses untill i finaly find a build that is both viable and that fits my gameplay prefferances is a huge part of what i like about this game .

    I want my choices to matter , i want the possibility to make bad choices to exist as well as the possibility to make good ones .

    I want the game to have some fail builds as well as successful builds otherwise there wouldn't be a need to actually work on a build and test different combos.

    But then again i'm saying this knowing perfectly that they can never achieve perfect balance in this game . There will always be builds that are more powerful than others and when you give a powerful build to a good player then he becomes a god among men with only a handful of other players who represent a challenge to that guy and that will never change. It's been seen in every games before and will be seen in ever games to come .

    Some people simply understand that the build and the class doesn't do everything and that player skill IS in fact a factor here. No matter how much efforts Zenimax puts into trying to balance everything , you will always encounter some people that you simply can't defeat in 1v1 simply because he's better than you. He will pay attention to what you're doing , adapt and counter and kill you even though your build and your strategy had proven superior against so many others before.

    You cannot claim that a person's build does all the work in this game . There are just too many variables.

    I voted post 1.5. I think bugs and general rounding off + latency/fps improvements take priority atm.
