[BUG / Imbalance] Camouflaged Hunter (+ Bow)
Heard today that camouflaged hunter has a 100% proc-rate (at least in PvP) plz check.
Also, the ability seems completely op if used together with a Bow. There are several players running around in Cyrodil that 1-shot even the hardest equipped players that run around in Cyrodil. Tactic seems to be "Snipe" (which on itself is already at the edge of being overpowered) 2k dmg from stealth + Hunter-proc = 2.5k dmg + standard attack (don't know how much dmg) + proc + Venom Arrow for at least 1k dmg + proc for 500 = 1-shot even with overcapped HP (3.6k+) .
Plz fix asap, it actually destroys the game more and more with every day, because more and more players knowing and using this tactic or even exploit, and it makes PvP as a vampire senseless.

Thx to Giny, Sarana, Thaili, Derra, Cherahim, Gloy, Raweelz and Drimacus, you make the game worth playing even with AoE-caps, no usefull progression past Assault / Support Rank 10, and with PvP being not even close to balanced.

The nature of this imbalance / exploit ofc being, that Snipe needs time to fly to the opponent, so it, the standard-attack + venom arrow hit all at the same time, so 100% -> 0% without any chance of getting a heal in between.Noricum
