Display problems

I downloaded the PTS on 8/22/14, and since then I have had display problems. Flashing odd shaped parts of the screen on and off, some white, some black of all sizes large and small. Now it has started to effect other games to include those on Steam. ESO support said they would contact me, but I haven't heard back from them since last Wednesday.
