In veteran areas I can take 3 enemies at the time or even more at times. In Cyrodil I have problem killing one person, I don't even dare to try to take on 2 or 3. Can this be fixed please? I want to feel powerful while still being a casual player.

My Templar can take 6 VR12 mobs and kill them all. That doesn't mean I can do the same in Cyrodiil not expect to do so.
But is well geared to be able to fight in one vs one. However last night that came to a end. Since I lost my first 1 vs 1 after 5 months.

You can't, can not, CAN NOT COMPARE, combat in pve vs pvp, in any way shape or form. Enemies in pve have way more health, some have stronger ability, but none can reason and use on the fly tactics as a pvp player can.
The reason pve is easier than pvp is the human on the other side using the world's fastest computer, the brain, to out match you or vice versa.
Now I totally get that your saying balance the game, but to sort of imply that since you can solo 4 mobs in pve you should be able to do the same in pvp is ridiculous.... Unless your talking about npcs in pvp, then I agree, some are tough.
Man my phones auto correct burst into flames with all the pvps and pves in that post.
