"You can not swap weapons now"/"You can not do that while dead"

Those two errors are the biggest issues all my characters face in pvp.
Yesterday was the first time i saw so many of those messages pop up, it is the main reason for 95% of my character's deaths.
Going 1 v 1 everything responds just fine, 1 vs 2+ enemies and my character just does not respond. Can not move (despite full attributes), can not use any skills, can not weapon swap ("You can not weapon swap now"), can not even use potions. Then i get 3-4 messages "you can not do that while dead", yet my character stays alive for 3-4 seconds and then goes down.
I am located in Germany, the server is in Frankfurt and windows performance manager shows 15ms latency, i run on medium settings in pvp, repaired the game, tried no add-ons etc....no work around.
So now, the enemy is getting alliance points and xp for killing my character that does not respond.
It is extremely frustrating and i have no desire to continue pvp at all since launch if this continues.
It occationally happens in pve as well mind you. Several times i try to use my ultimate, my character actually does the animation yet nothing happens, and you guessed right, one more death added.
Friends told me "the server is in the US, wait for the EU server", ok....3 months later we get an EU server and if anything its running worse than before.
Am i alone facing these game breaking issues?
