Guild system bugs under 1.4

@ZOS_GinaBruno , I filed the following bug reports on the PTS. I feel that there is a likelihood that some of (if not all) the issues are held over from 1.31/1.32.
I was tempted to try to remove the entire guild, and try to rebuild it, but as is noted in 140822-002375, I am getting some pretty weird responses when I try to demote, or kick anyone in the bugged rank; I fear that if I tried anything further it may bug up more or still exist when accounts are added into a new guild.
So. Here's details on three bugs that all relate to the 1.3 guild functionality under the PTS 1.4 build:
140822-002362
140822-002355 - Cannot remove tabard from character. In both cases (@Zylex and @Ravalox) both are wearing the Brotherhood of Redemption tabard. The tabard does not appear in the inventory slot (slot shows empty). The tabard does not show in the inventory. (I think this is similar to the costume bug from 1.0)
140822-002440 - Cannot buy tabard from GuildStore (bank menu). Search under all items and under guild items category. "No items listed" response under all conditions. Guild tabard was available for purchase prior to 1.4
140822-002375 - Cannot demote or remove members in custom rank "Deputy GM" for the Brotherhood of Redemption guild on PTS.
As I stated above, I believe this issue started due to the known bug in 1.31/2 prior to publish. When I tried to effect the work around (removing affected members), I get the "Social Systems are busy right now, try again later." notification. While under 1.32, I was able to remove some of the members, but after 1.4 was put on the server, everyone in this rank is "bugged".
Not sure if the bugged roster has any impact on the other reported issues above, but so we can move forward with testing, I wanted to make you aware and if it looks like it is leftover, please blow away the entire guild so I can re-create it. (assuming there will be not leftover issues with the accounts that are currently members and in the bugged scenario.
(It does appear the affected players can leave the guild and get re-invited to correct the rank issue, but I cannot get in touch with all of the members affected. so I still have about 15 impacted.)
