So i seems crafting takes hours and days and weeks right? So is the Purple *** in Cyrodiil junk? I dont pve...i like pvp. So all my gear is basically Cyrodiil gear. Is there a list of gear sets out there somewhere so maybe I can pve for some?

Also how much do suits go far, and is there a list of what enchantments you can do and put on armour? Also what are the caps for things?

Buy PvP bags with the AP you earn and sell the set items you find. Some of the set items are pretty nice and can fetch some decent gold.

The pvp mailed bags will begin to have gold in them sometime in the future.

Pay a crafter to make you the sets you need.

Join a PvP guild that can help you gear up. I know I help anyone in my guild in gear and would actually prefer if they talk to the guild if they are having gear issues.

Skill is very important in PvP, but gear is nearly as important.

    An example of gear prices:
7 pieces of crafted armor and 2 weapons:
    White Quality: 800 gold
    Uncommmon upgrade: 900 gold
    Rare upgrade: 8.100 gold
    Epic upgrade: 36,000 gold
Total for all pieces: 45,800 gold

Add in a nice tip to the crafter (10,000 gold or more imo) and you wont have an issue finding a crafter to make you all you need.

So 55,800 for 9 epic items if you do not provide any of the materials. It would not be hard to lower that number down by shopping around and finding the materials yourself. Can likely craft the complete set for under 36,000.

As to enchants: I would just put white vendor enchants on shoulders, boots, belt, and gloves for around 300 each. For Chest, Helm, and Legs go for Epic. For Jewelry enchants go for at least Epic enchants or Legendary if you can afford it. Not sure on the enchant prices.

I would say these same two statements. Find a crafter so that you don't have to do anything but PvP, and leave the other stuff to the crafter. Dulfy has a page where you can find item sets and what they do, and I'm sure there are others out there. As for enchants, legendary enchants from a crafter will cost you about 6k per glyph, unless you provide some of the runes.
