Vampires have a skill i think they can stand behind someone and feed on them. In PvP it is hard to do because i think they need to be 100% stealhed so mostly NB's can do it with cloak.
I don't think this skill does any damage. But since it is hard to do (i think) in PvP to get a lone player to feed on it should be changed a bit.
1: not a stream of blood animation, but a real bite in the beck with fangs animation
2: you can try to kill the other player afterwards, but you can also run away. Other player is infected. He gets infected with a disease. He looses stamine+health regeneration
3: this disease is contractable by other players. Only a priest of Arkay can heal this

The benefit from feeding is not worth it 99% of the time, and ironically, it does zero damage.
If it offered some sort of Blood Lust to counter the reduced stage that comes from the feed, maybe.
Good luck just finding someone alone staring at the clouds though.
I originally had Points in Health Regen and Savage Feeding. Cheap respect cured both of those. (May as well have been using the Skyshards as doorstops)

Yeah, when I briefly had vampire just for the dye achievement, I didn't bother feeding for PVP.EP: Slania Isara : Harambe Was an Inside Job -
If it was easier to do then a group of stealthed would each get behind the healers, feed while the dps mowed them down since it is an unbreakable hold.
I think Vampirism needs this change in PvP:
No feeding, you kill someone its like you fed, this would keep more vamps at Phase 1 and therefore devouring swarming wouldn't be up 3 times in a big fight. I say this as a vampire who uses devouring swarm

ThisOnePosts✭✭✭✭✭In theory it's a good idea however I don't think they will go with number 3 unless they introduce some way for players who absolutely don't want it to disable that from happening. Right now it is basically just for show, a stun yes but it's also stunning you in the process since you can't do anything else. It is useful to regen your own health sure and as a NB you can pull it off mid fight thanks to cloak, however... FIRST cloak has to be working and if they have magelight you can forget doing that mid fight even with potions. -

I was questing in Bruma for the achievement and met enemy player that was 2 ranks above me, while I was low on health with drain essence (Invigorating drain in my case) already used, I activated Clouding Swarm ult that made me invisible, therefore I was able to hide and feed on him, immediately 100% health and won the fight.
I didn't mind the vampirism stage 1,30hr countdown since I was just questing and I have to say that it saved my life
So yeah, once they buff and balance WW, a little change to feed would be welcomed, nothing big tho ofcourse!Runaan Fortis

Hehehe... I've actually fed on other players while in PvP. I'm not a hardcore PvP person though, so I don't really care that I get killed immediately after; I just have fun sneaking behind people with Shadow Cloak and draining their blood >=)
Also, I feed before PvP because I want my character's face to be pretty before killing someone. It's just a personal preference. -

Since you want STA/HP regen debuff to those you attack with your feed ability, I would like my Silver leash to proc at 50% of the time not 5%. For balance purpose.... -

I don't care about any vampire skill. Myself, i don't use ultimate nor skills. Only passives (and feed which is not a real skill, but just a "press x" thing).
Also i would like an emore which only Vampires can use:

Werewolves could also have a /roar or something but i don't care. Werewolves is just an ultimate with nothing. I read people complain about rain all time in TESO. It is in fact not the rain the complain about, but the stench wet werewolves bring about when they get wet. Cat's don't have that, but dog type things have a fat on their skin so they don't get cold when wet. And that smells.
No, Vampires are at least something. They have passives, they can sit around the table and drink wine or blood and talk about things happening that day. Werewolves can only howl and stink.
But a /hiss would be fun. Imagine someone standing in the great forest of Cyyrodil and they hear: "Hisssssss". Wouldn't your hair stand right up, get goosebumps and run like hell? You can smell the werewolves from miles away.
Another idea is, since computers can't produce smell on the screen, to surround werewolves with a green mist with a diameter of 500m. That is their stinkdiameter so people know when to close their nose.

frwinters_ESO✭✭✭✭Feeding in PvP is risky cause it just leaves you open to attack while the feeding is going. Ill just remain a rank 4 vampire as i have forever so it makes my ability costs much lower.
