Game loses connection, crashes and can't log in (PLEASE RESPOND CS)

So I've been having connection problems these last few days. When I'm playing the game loses connection and everything around me freezes but I can move around. Then it crashes. After it crashes I can't log back in for a couple of minutes.
First few times I got an error 201 or error 200. I've looked these errors up and done all the steps to fix them. Didn't help and now I'm getting an unknown error.
This happens frequently. So frequently that I've been trying to get into Cyrodiil today but the game crashes before it's my turn in a queue of 15.
I would very much like to make ticket about but when I go to the support page I get this error: "Error in exception handler."
Please help me fix this. I had the memory leak problem and I just want to be able to play the game.

KleanZlate✭✭✭Come on! What is this?! No respond to this and I still can't use the costumer support page! The game is still crashing on me! I was just in an epic battle at Warden and now I can't even log back in!!
