Horse sprinting changes coming in update 4?

So I heard that horses will no longer continue to sprint indefinitely once their stamina runs out. This is a rumor that I've been hearing around in pvp for a week or so.

Can anyone confirm this is true?

    Who knows. Haven't seen anything about it.

    But, if that's the case, good thing it's getting fixed. Horses shouldn't keep sprinting after they've ran out of stamina.

    Last I heard from any ZOS employee the continued sprint is an intended perk to horses, and when other types of mounts are introduced they will not have that perk, but will have different perks. I haven't heard anything about them considering changing it.

    I can't imagine removing the infinite sprint as we know it today would go over well.

    If it was never intended, they just need to live with it at this point.

    I doubt it, stamina has been used as the horses "health" bar in regards of how easy it is for you to get knocked off versus using stamina for sprinting costs.

    Other types of mounts won't have infinite sprint but another perk.

    Yeah, they have said on several communication channels now that it is an intended perk of horses. Here's hoping guar make it one day, and have some sort of packmule ability.
