GrimMauKin✭✭✭✭Make sure they're slotted and active when you received experience (particularly quests). I have a range of slotted skills that I use pretty much all the time that are all topped up to the max. Skills that need beefing up can be loaded into the secondary weapon slots and switched to active prior to completing a quest. The mechanics in ESO are a little odd in that you can increase skills without ever using them.I am one of The Great Mediocracy, those whose role in life is to provide the baseline by which The Few deem themselves Great. -
