Suggestion: allow the creation of scrolls for Spellcrafting spells

Per the title, I'd love to be able to buy blank scrolls from a Magus, and write my created spells to them, either for personal use or to sell to others. They could be quickslottable items with a modest casting time (say 1.5s in addition to their normal casting time).
