Hello everyone,
In the wake of the Maormer invasion of Velyn Harbour, a few entrepreneurial adventurers decided to band together and make use of the confusion to benefit from (and control to a certain extent) the various trade routes running through Velyn Harbour and Malabal Tor. Not only would this be to fund their adventuring lifestyles, but also to exert geopolitical power to other guild houses.
Well, from the description above it would be fair to say that this just looks like another trade guild - but it is not. I want adventurers who not only want to trade, but also be a force to be reckoned with, to join me in this new venture.
The structure would be akin to a real hegemony - the first ten people to join (who are serious, but not too serious, about this - this would be the only time I have full say in anything to do with the guild) would become officers/council members, with the same powers as the guild leader/council leader. Any decisions made about the guild is decided by the council in a democratic way, based on the general feelings amongst other guild members.
I really want this guild to be a success, not just for me but for all who decide to join me. All I ask for is that all guild members be mature, but that doesn't mean there is an age attached to that. I have met mature young'uns in my life, and more than my fair share of immature adults.
Also, to prevent stagnation and such, anyone offline for more than 31 days will be removed, except where there has been prior notification of a long absence.
Phew, feels like I just wrote an essay! My apologies for the wall of text.
So please, come and join me and together we will create a guild that is more than special!

TL;DR - a trading guild with heart, and a hint of crafting!
