I think some abilities need readjusting, but I don't believe they need any buffs. I witnessed one DK take on an entire group in chillrend last time I played. and he did it constantly.pelletierricb16_ESO wrote: »Yeah but DK are so weak they need buff...NookyZooky wrote: »

@Piedplathow a guy can block ALL hit in 360? Put the block only at 180 in front arch.
put a stam decrease or like with stealth, a zero regen when blocking.
Damn I hate noob shield.

Only if they do the same for ranged weapons.
Right now, you can get a softlock on a mob/player and turn 180 degrees and you'll fire out your back.
Damn i hate noob weapon.

In other game, your back is the weak for one reason "positioning" but in ESO the tank is just throwing his self in the center of the trash and in a lovely voice, say "do me". In pvp is the same.
This is pathetic...

in other games, Tanks actually had Mitigation worth a damn.
in ESO, its Blocking or dead.

Most of the people that want it reduced to 180 do not use sword and shield, and have never tanked a veteran dungeon before. They don't know that a heavy attack from the large melee enemies can literary one shot you. Without having a mass taunt, you would end up having to keep an eye on each and every enemy, plus, watch out for those heavy attacks...

that could work. as long as tanks can still block full 360 in dungeons. I have used a tank for a few dungeons, and there are many times I would have died if not for the full 360 block. and usually, if the tank dies, everyone else is fudged.xsorusb14_ESO wrote: »NookyZooky wrote: »I would like certain skill lines to have block breakers(Two handed in particular) but you cant take out this 360 degree blocking mechanic. My desapointement is more for pvp than pve(I never did pve) and I seen in several game where skill have different maner in pve and pvp. Block should be 180 degree in pvp and stay 360 in pve.

Strategic Combat Deployment Rule That Works In Both Real Life & Fantasy No #153: Never get yourself surrounded by a mob of enemies with collision, even when you have the ability to block 360 degrees
