Long loading times, sometimes timed out

Since the last big patch, I've noticed exceptionally long loading times. Sometimes, it takes several attempts to get into the game at all. Often, I need to reboot the game if I am switching zones.

This did not happen before the huge patch.

I am currently not running any addons.

What information do you need from me to help correct this customer service?

I've seen at least a few more threads about this, have been encountering random loading screens even more often. I know this is an indication that the client can't keep up and needs time to load, but now sometimes the game just keeps loading forever, making it necessary to log out and restart the game. I've spent only a little time playing since the patch, but have already encountered this twice. Just now, after being forced to restart, I had two random loading screens in the same area (wayrest), without traveling too far in between. I think something is really, really wrong here. Problems with lag seem to be increasing rather than subsiding and this is on the EU server now that it is closer to where I live.

The random loading screens while in game were added on purpose as before they were added, graphics weren't loading fast enough and people where falling thru the world or getting stuck in stairs.

I suspect they need to do some streamlining.
