Quest Bug: Stomping Sinmur

After killing all the cultists at the Trollhetta Summit, my NPC party stopped moving and the giant Sinmur is nowhere to be found. Logging/relogging and /reloadui did not fix the problem. Neither did leaving and re-entering the area.
