Change Hunding's and Kagrenac's 3 Piece Set Bonuses Back!

There were only two ways that I know of to get stamina regen from enchants, armor, jewelry or set bonuses. They were the three piece Hunding's Rage set bonus for 19 stamina regen (vr12), and the three piece Kagrenac's Hope set bonus of 19 stamina regen (vr12). There are no enchants, no jewelry (I can get Health recovery and magicka recovery but not stamina recovery?!?), no armor and now no set bonuses for stamina regen... I use a stamina build and its already difficult to manage stamina for weapons attacks when I have to use it to roll/dodge and block, and now with lesser regen capability.
You changed Hunding's to add 87 stamina, and for some reason changed Kagrenac's to add magicka regen?!? You changed a fighter's guild set from stamina regen to magicka regen? Why? It would make sense if you took all abilities and made them use magicka, leaving stamina strictly for roll/ dodge, blocking and sprint (which would be better for weapons abilities), but that isn't the case right now so please give me my stamina regen back! I am disappointed to have researched for Kagrenac's for a long time for you to completely change the stats.
It would be great to hear if anyone knows of ways to regen stamina through items other than racial and medium armor passives or ability morphs.
