a good ending scene
Well I just finished beating Molag Bal (Main Story),

It would have been nice to see a cut-scene where Quenn Ayrenn/King Emeric/(who's that Nord king) bestows a medal/medallion on you in a majestic plaza/palace/castle with throngs and throngs of cheering crowd. Then you wave triumphantly, heroically raising your sword/bow/AD/DC/EP banner, as the camera pans out panoramically. Oh there would also also be numerous alliance banners fluttering in a breeze.
What do you think? Instead of just listening to Cadwell in a dark cave?

Nova Sky✭✭✭✭✭Yes, it would have been nice, but, that said, Elder Scrolls has never been known to be big on cutscenes. I guess it's a creative decision by Bethesda, et al., since cutscenes might detract from the sandbox-style, make-your-own-story kind of gameplay."Wheresoever you go, go with all of your heart."1 -
Kreetar✭✭✭aw, I love Cadwell. I think that, while there wasn't a whole lot of confetti and balloons and cheers to celebrate your victory, it ended alright. the true satisfaction came from myself for having beaten the main quest and remembering all the times I'd been knocked on my ass and sent to wayshrines. though I suspect many others don't get immersed and overly-emotional in the exact same way that I do, so who knows! anyway, yes, Cadwell is hilarious and one of my favorites so I'm glad he was a part of everything.

Dekkameron✭✭✭✭✭I know what you mean, "we" and the fighters and mages guilds were doing their dirty work for them as they're too bothered bickering amongst themselves.
As soon as we kick Molag Bal in the happy sacks the only person we speak to are the sorry bunch of gits who were instrumental in starting the whole thing in the first place. (apart from good ol' Cadwell)
What annoyed me most though apart from not getting showered by adoring citizens whilst being pulled along on a golden chariot, was that that the vehicle that i have to goto Craglorn was a cart! A CART!
