I have the little ability to look back on all the books I have read due to saving Valastie at the end of the Mages Guild quest from Sheogorath.
Yet some of the books listed in this library through my journal do not show up. I know I have read them and keep reading them from bookshelves yet they are not being added to this repository in my journal.

Yeah the skill is screwed up. my total number of books read keeps going up and then back down. very frustrating! -

Delte✭✭✭It's been known for a while. You also get the ability regardless of quest choice at the end of the Mage's Guild.
So I gave up two skill points for nothing then?
Just great thanks ZOS for screwing me over.
